Summary About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Shaw Lanes Bowling Center. Responsibilities Ensures preparation or food and beverage items using measure and standard recipes. Observes and ensure portion control produces when preparing menu items. Leads subordinate staff in daily operation directed by supervisor. Serves food in a snack bar style. Demonstrates proper work methods and checks work while progress. Ensures equipment is set up, clean and maintained for daily operation. Ensures employees are trained in setup, cleaning and maintenance of equipment. Sells posted menu items, daily specials and limited variety of prepared food and beverages. Ensures Point of Sale system is utilized and maintained to support daily operation.
