Lead Estimator

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Estimator to join a growing estimating team. This role requires a strong background in civil/site work estimating, including earthwork, underground utilities, grading, drainage, road work, and complete site development for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

The ideal candidate understands how projects are built in the field, can accurately evaluate production rates and project risks, and is capable of preparing complete, competitive bid packages from concept through submission.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates for private site development projects
• Perform quantity takeoffs from civil plans and specifications
• Estimate earthwork, utilities, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, water main, grading, drainage, paving, concrete, and related site work scopes
