**What you’ll do:**

- Enrich R D E: drive to Build RDE for MVS to bring more ownership & Maturity
- R: Build Pipeline of Ideas and Poposal for Energy Transition
- D: Evolve technology maturity of the projects through technical mentoring, reviews and driving on time launch through technical risk assessment
- E: Cost out through benchmarking, should cost, modularity and standardization projects
Product Ownership:
- Connects, partners and collaborates with cross functional teams across global locations to drive and own engineering decisions for the entiire life cycle of the focused product portfolio
- Coordinate with Systems engineers, Design, CDE, Reliability, Marketing, and manufacturing development teams to produce engineering designs and specifications for new features and enhancements.
- Demonstrates capability in end to end design & development of Padmount and overhead swtichgear product line as per marketing requirements
