Hands on experience in Motor Assembly process and setup motor assembly manufacturing line. Lead DFM/DFA/DFMEA and risk mitigation activities. Define assembly sequences, tooling concepts, and inspection strategies. Drive prototype, FAI, pilot, and production readiness builds. Lead supplier-side development of mechanical parts. Review supplier process capability vs drawing requirements. Conduct supplier technical reviews and audits. Validate FAIR, dimensional reports, and compliance documents. Own AS9100 documentation and audit readiness. Lead root cause analysis (RCA), 8D, and corrective actions. Mentor junior engineers. Interface with customers during design and build reviews.
