**What you’ll do:**

Eaton India Innovation Center (EIIC), Pune is seeking a Lead Electronic Hardware Engineer to design, develop, testing and maintenance of electronic hardware of circuit breaker trip unit, sensing hardware and meters. Responsibilities include new product development, supporting the resolution of field / production issues, feature / performance enhancements to improve existing products, validating changes in design or manufacturing, validating cost reductions and addressing application issues.
Lead Hardware Engineer is also responsible for leading technical projects for Circuit Protection Devices and mentor product development team on technical competency development.
Lead Engineer will be responsible for overall Hardware design and development of Product to meet project schedule and budget. Provide technical solutions, follow defined processes & lead in product development & technology innovations.
