Job Description
**What you’ll do:**
A Lead Engineer in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering team acts as a catalyst for operational excellence, leveraging digitalization, process optimization, and structured governance to deliver sustainable growth and world-class manufacturing performance targeting focus plants. This role drives flawless industrialization and stabilization of production for Engineer-to-order (ETO) electrical assemblies (switchboards, LV / MV Switchgears, Bussways). Additionally, the engineer leads setup, validation, and stabilization of production lines (PTR/PPAP), orchestrates cross-functional execution on the shop floor, supports embedding of MES/ERP/SIOP systems, and standardizes work to lift Hi5 metrics (CONC, OTD, DOH, Flex Productivity, TRCR). In parallel, the role leads reindustrialization of existing plants— Defining activity flow matrix, reconfiguring layouts, modernizing equipment, tightening routings and materials flow—and creates governance for scalability across t...
