Lead Electronic Engineer

**KEY RESULTS AREAS / DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES & TIME SPENT ON THE DUTY**

1. Power Supply Design & Project Execution
2. Lead the design and execution of high‑power, high power‑density power supply development projects.
3. Own electrical circuit design (including magnetics and thermal) and perform detailed analyses.
4. Guide schematic capture and PCB layout in collaboration with CAD engineers.
5. Conduct circuit simulations and produce clear, data‑driven design reports.
6. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of AI server and cloud power application requirements.
7. Own and report the project schedule; track risks and drive mitigations.

2. Perform failure analysis, identify root cause, and drive corrective / preventive actions.
3. Support unit bring‑up and capture key waveforms at each design stage.
