**_POSITION SUMMARY:_**

The Lead Distribution Outfitter trains maintains activities of department personnel by scheduling and assigning workflow checking work for accuracy, analyze and resolving work problems. They will train associates, assign duties, and monitor activity. This role will maintains an open line of communication with leadership. The Outfitter will be cross trained in other departments as needed and may be asked to carry out special projects.

**_ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:_**

+ Repetitively lifting up to 50 lbs
+ Ensure associates are working in a safe manner at all times.
+ Ensure Housekeeping assignments are completed daily and associates maintain a clean work area throughout their day.
