Job Description

Job Title: Lead Design Engineer- Battery Management system

Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities

System Design & Architecture

  • Design and develop the overall architecture of an advanced Battery Management System (BMS) for Li-ion batteries used in submarine applications.
  • Integrate sophisticated monitoring, diagnostic, and control algorithms to ensure optimal battery performance.
  • Ensure adherence to stringent naval safety standards, incorporating redundancy and fail-safe mechanisms.

    • Hardware & Software Integration

  • Architect embedded control systems, including sensor interfaces and communication protocols.
  • Collaborate with electronics teams for the development of PCBs, power electronics, and thermal management solutions.
  • Develop and implement real-time software for accurate battery state estimation, including State of Charge (SOC), State of Health...
