Job Description

Strategie, Innovation & Leadership: 

  • Du entwickelst und realisierst Transformations- und Innovationsstrategien für unsere Business Units – mit Schwerpunkt entweder inSoftwareengineering/Softwaremodernisierung oder in Data & AI
  • Du verantwortest ein fachliches Vertical oder Themenfeld (z. B. Cloud Adoption, Modern Software Engineering, Data Platforms, Machine Learning, Manufacturing & IoT, Healthcare & Life Sciences)
  • Du identifizierst neue digitale Geschäftsmodelle und sorgst dafür, dass innovative Ideen in wertschöpfende Lösungen überführt werde

    • Projekt- und Programmverantwortung: 

  • Du leitest komplexe Digitalisierungsprojekte eigenverantwortlich – von der Konzeption über PoCs bis hin zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung
  • Je nach Fokus führst du Projekte in Bereichen wie moderne Softwarearchitekturen, Datenplattformen, Analytics, GenAI, Machine Learning oder Cloud Modernization
