As Lead, Business Systems Analyst in Personal Credit Technology within T&O, you will lead the Business Systems Analysis function for the Adjudication and Fulfillment platform modernization initiative. You will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that technology solutions align with strategic goals. This role combines hands‑on BSA expertise with leadership and mentorship responsibilities, while spearheading the adoption of AI‑driven tools and methodologies in BSA processes.
