**Job Description**
**The UW Autism Center has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team, with the position based in either Seattle or Tacoma.**
**POSITION PURPOSE**
This position will oversee clinical service delivery, staff supervision, and community training within the Tacoma LAUNCH Program. This leadership role provides direct parent-focused services, manages clinical operations, supervises BCBAs and behavior technicians, and delivers training and consultation to school districts and community agencies. The Lead BCBA works within a multidisciplinary team and reports to the Director of Clinical Services.

+ Lead weekly parent resource and transitionโplanning sessions.
