Position Overview

The Lead Investigator is primarily responsible for leading Sensitive Issue investigations across the Latin America region, including matters involving potential financial statement misstatements, asset misappropriation, conflicts of interest, expense reporting, and potential violations of Johnson & Johnson business conduct or other company policies. The role also supports compliance process reviews and other financial, compliance, or operational audit projects, as needed. This position requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders, attorneys, compliance partners, and third-party providers, while helping ensure engagements are delivered with quality, timeliness, and professionalism.
