Position Summary:

We are seeking a collaborative and business‑focused Lead, Digital & AI Strategy – Oncology & Multi‑Specialty to help shape and advance our AI strategy across oncology and specialty care. This role will support identification and evaluation of AI opportunities, foster organizational understanding, and guide responsible exploration of AI’s impact on clinical, operational, and patient‑facing workflows. The individual will play a key role in coordinating stakeholders, building AI literacy, and translating strategy into actionable initiatives in partnership with senior leaders and delivery teams.
