As a Lead Advanced Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for leading successful on‑site installation, servicing and repair process of complex equipment and systems, responding to and resolving service calls, providing technical support, and solving problems for Honeywell customers located across the GTA. Additional responsibilities related to the technical delivery of small service jobs, time and material work and preventive maintenance may be assigned as well. You will follow detailed work instructions and amend any outdated or incorrect instructions with the help of Engineering teams. These customers will have various products installed that fall into life safety, fire, and security systems category as well as their associated computer systems.
