In partnership with the Site Manager and Chief Technologist, the **Lead Administrator** is responsible for the overall operations of the assigned site(s) and service line(s) in the assigned territory. The position effectively assists the Site Manager by managing each site(s) daily operations to maximize continuous quality of patient care, maximize utilization of staffing and resources to meet the performance and service quality of the clinics. Provides leadership, staffing coordination, contributes to increasing volume on a customer level to ensure that each of the assigned site(s) will deliver on its budgeted growth, target and revenue commitments. Effectively ensures proper equipment and software performance, oversight for quality standards, customer satisfaction, process improvement and cost control.
