Job Description
The Lead – Administration & IR – Site is responsible for overseeing all site-level administrative functions and managing industrial relations effectively. This includes managing site infrastructure, facilities, contract workforce, and compliance with labor laws. The role ensures seamless day-to-day operations at the site while fostering a harmonious and legally compliant work environment. The incumbent plays a key role in implementing organizational policies related to administration, ensuring labor law adherence, and maintaining effective communication with contractors, unions, and government authorities.
Responsibilities
- Manage site infrastructure including office setup, housekeeping, security, canteen, transportation, and utilities to ensure smooth operations.
