Job Description
We’re looking for a passionate and creative Lead Activities Coordinator to design and deliver a meaningful programme of activities that brings enjoyment, stimulation, and a sense of purpose to our Client’s care home residents. You’ll plan and lead both group and one-to-one sessions that support physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing – always tailored to each individual’s interests, needs, and abilities.
In this hands-on role, you’ll supervise and support a team of Activity Coordinators and volunteers, ensuring a consistent, inclusive, and person-centred approach. From crafts and games to community events, entertainment, and themed days, you’ll help create a vibrant and engaging home environment where residents feel involved and valued.
