- Create animation layout characters/objects/creatures’ animations for game cutscenes/ trailer with high quality in animation
- Working with plugins studio scripts to quickly create control Rig as well as creating custom control Rig if needed.
- Supervising animation team and collaborating with other teams such as modellers, VFX Engine, AD, etc. to achieve the best animation outcome in terms of both artistic technical to achieve project goals.
Work with 3D head to offer technical consultation aiding production planning for best optimal efficiency quality outcome.
- Setting priorities and goals for the team, communicating them to the members in the team
Guide, mentor and train studio animators to increase their skill
- Support 3D Head to Evaluate performance of the animation team individually
Analyzing the problem and proposing the solutions or approaches for the Animation department in daily production.
