• Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) with departments; design bite‑size modules (safety, SOPs, customer service, equipment handling).
• Evaluate impact using KPIs (attendance, pass rates, defect/error reduction, productivity uplift).
• Coordinate calendars , trainers, venues; manage records and compliance .
• Support onboarding and competency matrices ; partner with HSE/Operations for role‑based training.
