The Learning & Development Manager – Soft Skills will be responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving global training programs that enhance the soft skills of managers and experts within the Operations department. This role will ensure alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations, driving talent development and fostering a culture of continuous learning across multiple hubs. The L&D manager in this role will manage the work of a team of Soft Skills trainers and collaborate with stakeholders across regions and functions to drive a culture of learning and continuous improvement. Key stakeholders for this role include Operations Leaders and Hub Leaders, Human Resources, Global Learning Team.
