The post holder will work across the Moving & Handling training portfolio, delivering all M&H training. They may also support other areas of the learning and development training portfolio. The role involves supporting work‑placed assessments across the trust and contributes to the development of training in collaboration with Team Leads, Instructors, Service Users and Subject Matter Experts.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will plan, deliver and evaluate a range of accredited and bespoke training interventions across the Moving & Handling portfolio and wider Learning and Development programmes as required. They will develop training materials, maintain accurate training records, and ensure all interventions meet Trust standards and accreditation requirements.
