Job Description
Drive impactful learning initiatives in the banking sector with this L&D Coordinator role. Support large-scale programs while engaging stakeholders and enhancing organizational growth.
Work with a leading financial client to contribute to strategic L&D projects. This position requires 7-10 years of experience in Learning and Development, alongside strong data analysis and project management skills. Your expertise in stakeholder engagement will help streamline learning processes and improve overall staff development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support deployment of onboarding and leadership programs
• Analyze learning data for executive presentations
• Coordinate program logistics and attendance tracking
• Manage LMS requests and internal team communications
• Contribute to budget tracking and reporting effectiveness
Requirements:
• 7-10 years of corporate L&D experience
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills for presentations
