KONE is embarking upon an exciting growth and as such we are seeking L&D business partner to join our team. L&D business partnering for learning consultancy and L&D services as well as deployment/training delivery for field, sales, leadership and apprentice programs both for KONE personnel as well as subcontractors. This role reports to L&D Manager, Southeast Asia
What will you be doing?
Works closely with local business leaders and HR colleagues to drive L&D agenda as well as consult on development, provide L&D services and deliver selected trainings for the country.
