As a Contract Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and assistance in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various contracts for our clients. This role is based in El-Fujairah, UAE, and is open to Malayalees with experience in contract law.

• Advise clients on contractual rights and obligations
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts such as employment agreements, service agreements, lease agreements, etc.
• Ensure that contracts comply with relevant laws and regulations
• Conduct legal research to support contract negotiations
• Provide guidance on legal issues related to contract disputes or breaches
• Liaise with external lawyers or legal teams as needed

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a lawyer specializing in contract law
• Knowledge of UAE laws and regulations pertaining to contracts
