Our client, an established law firm in Singapore, is seeking a Conveyancing Lawyer to join its growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for Newly Qualified (NQ) lawyers or junior practitioners looking to build a long-term career in conveyancing. Training, mentorship, and hands-on guidance will be provided. Key Responsibilities
Handle residential, commercial, and industrial property transactions Draft, review, and prepare conveyancing and legal documentation Liaise with clients, banks, property agents, government authorities, and other stakeholders Manage conveyancing files and transactions from inception to completion Conduct legal research and provide legal support on conveyancing matters Ensure compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements Requirements
