Position Overview:
This position is essential to facilitating and accelerating the turn cycle and ensuring continuous communication with the customer base from pre-to post sale in to ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction. Success in this position ultimately results in repeat business due to their influence and role in the customer purchase experience. This sales support function supports the day-today activities of the Domestic Law Enforcement Sales Operations and Sales teams. Tasks include but are not limited to: maintaining departmental records; working with customers to make sure that supporting documentation for licenses are correct format as per current Compliance processes; assisting with departmental marketing initiatives; proposal development; and tracking and supporting distributor and warranty center issues.
