Summary The Division of Trading and Markets (TM) is seeking early career Law Clerks with strong analytical skills and attention to detail. TM establishes and maintains standards for fair, orderly, and efficient markets and regulates the major securities market participants, including broker-dealers, self-regulatory organizations (SROs), and transfer agents.
