Summary The VA Northeast Ohio Healthcare System is recruiting for a Laundry Worker Lead. The Laundry Worker Lead. will function in (EMS) Environmental Management Service. Responsibilities Duties include but are not limited to. Receives initial instructions regarding work assignments and procedures from the Textile Care Manager and passes these instructions on to employees. Performs daily recurring duties independently following established procedures, referring only unusual problems to the Textile Care Manager. Work is reviewed on the basis of adherence to instructions and timely performance of duties. Receives shipments into the plant and maintains the computerized inventory system and properly processing shipment paper work and report it to the Textile Care Manager.
