Summary The Laundry Machine Operator sets the pace for production throughout the entire laundry facility. The LMO ensures that all goods coming to the Facility, are expertly and expeditiously processed. The equipment operated by the LMO's includes three large capacity industrial washer extractors and three matching gas fired dryers and four smaller industrial washers and dryers. This employee must demonstrate flexibility and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities - Operates and monitors machines for a variety of purposes: To launder, dye, starch, and treat articles with water repellent and flame retardant. Typically, six or more machines are operated at one time.
