Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain various laundry equipment including washers, dryers, and folding machines
• Sort wash, dry and fold linens, towels and other items according to established procedures
• Ensure proper handling of different fabric types and follow care instructions
• Maintain a clean and organized laundry area
• Monitor and report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs
• Keep accurate records of laundry processed and supplies used
• Assist in inventory management of linens and laundry supplies
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of clean linens
• Adhere to health and safety regulations in the workplace
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests or other staff members
