Responsibilities

• Review & guide team members for preparing/ensuring customer DFM (design for manufacturing) submission for assigned stage of Laser Process (Welding & Marking).
• Understands product design and assigns respective responsibilities to team members.
• Review & guide team members for execution of design and execution of the DOE (Design of experiment) basis customer requirement along with process and product teams.

• Technical Leadership
• Lead laser process development and optimization for Laser Marking & Welding.
• Define and control laser process parameter, optimization, and qualification strategy.
• Lead root cause analysis and drive corrective actions (8D, FACA, Fishbone, etc.).
