Description

The Landscaper will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the entrances and outdoor common spaces of all Weidner properties within a specific region. Each day will involve a multitude of tasks such as planting, trimming, weeding, mowing, mulching, and operating various landscaping equipment. Landscapers work in all settings to create visually appealing and functional spaces that meet the goals and needs of the regional team. A successful Landscaper is able to manage their time effectively, is detail oriented, a trustworthy team player, and takes pride in their work. In addition, this position needs to be accountable and attentive to provide excellent customer service skills when interacting with residents, associates and vendors.
