Job Description
Responsibilities
- Strong design and visualisation skills;
- Able to conceptualist and carry out feasibility studies and support production of concept packages;
- Prepares tender drawings and material specifications;
- Liaise and discuss project-relevant issues with Clients, Project Director, external consultants and contractors;
- Oversees progress of on-site work and resolves any arising issues;
- Liaises and coordinates with Consultants and Contractors;
- Ensures design quality and meet Authority compliances;
- Attends site inspections to ensure work site is compliant with and built according to approved plans and design intent;
- Knowledge application of ABC waters design guidelines.
