Ledcor is looking for a Lands & Properties Manager who will lead the planning and execution of land access and permitting for complex infrastructure projects, ensuring construction teams have what they need, when they need it.

Working closely with internal teams, clients, and property owners, you will focus on securing easements, permits, and access while keeping timelines on track and navigating regulatory requirements. It’s a highly collaborative position that blends stakeholder engagement, problem‑solving, and strong coordination to keep projects moving efficiently from start to finish.

This position will be site based at our Oshawa, ON location to support the Bowmanville Expansion which will have a lasting impact on the local community.
