The Right of Way Agent is responsible for providing project coordination, easement acquisition, title research, and damage negotiation while building and maintaining customer relationships. The role involves acquiring necessary land rights and documentation for the construction, operation, and maintenance of electric transmission and distribution facilities.

+ Acquire land, land rights, licenses, leases, permits, and other necessary documents for electric transmission and distribution facilities.

+ Prepare, maintain, and revise property owners’ files, right of way maps, records, drawings, exhibits, and necessary progress reports.

+ Act as an expert witness and assist legal counsel and project management in court-related activities.
