You possess in-depth market knowledge across Nottinghamshire, Staffordshire and Derbyshire, supported by a well-established network of agents, landowners, and key regional stakeholders.

You are a confident and credible dealmaker, comfortable leading complex negotiations and navigating opportunities from initial identification through to completion.
