Job Description
- Lead direct negotiations with landowners, land agents, and land aggregators on land acquisition terms, lease structures, and heads of agreement.
- Identify and pursue commercially attractive land parcels suitable for utility-scale ground mount and floating solar development above 15MW.
- Build and maintain a strong network of landowner and agent relationships across Peninsular Malaysia to support ongoing pipeline origination.
- Independently manage a portfolio of 5–8 active land parcels simultaneously, driving each parcel from initial contact through to signed heads of terms or option agreement.
- Represent the company credibly and professionally in all external landowner and agent interactions.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date land pipeline tracker covering all active, passive, and prospective parcels — including status, key contacts, terms under discussion, and next actions.
