Land Development Analyst

Key Responsibilities
Lead the identification, evaluation, and acquisition of land for renewable energy and storage projects in Spain.
Negotiate and manage contracts such as surface rights options, purchase agreements, and easements.
Coordinate with internal teams (origination, project development, legal, tax, risk) and external parties to ensure successful execution of land agreements.
