This working hands-on Foreman position guides and coaches coworkers completing land care work assignments at multiple locations, ensuring compliance with regulations and safety.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Reviews and discusses daily work schedule with manager
+ Implements work schedule and guides coworkers for grounds and landscaping
+ Proficiently performs land care responsibilities along with staff. Duties to include, but not limited to, mowing lawns, blowing, edging, bundling debris, clearing snow, ice or storm debris from pathways, and similar duties
+ Assure that the crews’ personal appearance, actions, and demeanor present an appropriate image to client families
+ Guides, trains, and provides constructive feedback to staff. Ensures work is performed to company standards and complies with regulations
+ Identifies and recommends efficiencies; implements approved efficiencies
