As the Land Acquisitioner, you will be responsible for acquiring undeveloped land or finished lots for development. Work with property owners, brokers, land developers, city officials, and others to secure land.
• Landowner Outreach: Initiate contact with prospective landowners to explore acquisition opportunities.
• Site Evaluation: Conduct field visits to assess potential properties for development suitability.
• Financial & Market Analysis: Prepare financial models (proformas) and collaborate with in-house engineers to evaluate land costs and development feasibility. Conduct market studies to support strategic decision-making.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with regional staff and internal departments to align financial margins, development plans, and project timelines.
