Job Mission / Purpose

The Land Acquisition Officer plays a supporting leadership role in identifying, evaluating, and securing land for development projects. The role supports the planning, negotiation, and acquisition of land assets aligned with the company’s development goals while ensuring compliance with legal, financial, and regulatory requirements.

This position is integral in developing acquisition strategies, managing due diligence requirements, leading negotiations, coordinating with stakeholders, maintaining and preparing documentation and reports, and executing sale transactions.
