Become a key player at Lakehead University as the Indigenous Transition Year Program Coordinator, fostering the success of Indigenous students transitioning into undergraduate education.
In this impactful role, you will be responsible for managing the Indigenous Transition Year Program, ensuring effective program delivery and evaluation. Your collaboration with various community stakeholders will be essential in promoting the program and facilitating student recruitment through an interactive and supportive approach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee program management and evaluation processes
• Coordinate with First Nation communities and organizations
• Manage the admissions screening and selection processes
• Conduct promotional activities to raise program awareness
• Fulfill additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Master’s degree preferred, requires undergraduate degree
• Two years’ experience in Indigenous education
