An established and reputable consulting firm is looking to appoint a Labour Legal Advisor to join their Cape Town office. This role is primarily office-based and will provide key back‑office support to Legal Advisors and clients across Gauteng and Cape Town.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and support on employment and labour law matters
• Draft legal documents and correspondence
• Support Legal Advisors with diary management and client coordination
• Represent clients at the CCMA and/or Bargaining Councils (when required)
• Facilitate online training sessions
