Job Description

Main Accountabilities
 

  • Support and partially drive development and testing of new formulations, applications and chemistries:Support and develop new product concepts to enter new customer/market segments;Support sampling process (for customers, seminars and exhibitions);
  • Execute the functional (and sensory testing) potential of the market segment’s product range;
  • Drive innovation through the Market segment’s lateral value chain;
  • Create digital content for customer portal;
  • Support and drive customer/supplier and in-house seminars;
  • Work in close collaboration with the sales team to support project development and trouble shooting;
  • Ensure tracking and reporting on innovation & pipeline development;
  • Drive and support responsibility for the lab (safety, maintenance and quality standards).
