We are seeking a *Laboratory Supervisor* to join our Microbiology team. This full time role will work days,with the possibility of covering into the evening and coming in early to meet with night shift.
*Purpose of this position: *Assists in implementing and maintaining laboratory processes and procedures as well as assisting in setting and achieving laboratory goals for operational area(s). Works under the direction of laboratory management.
Promotes and maintains high standards for laboratory staff, following good laboratory practices. Fosters patient and family centered care behaviors in our laboratory employees and in our operational processes. Serves as a Laboratory champion and liaison to all customers, for process improvement initiative and for problem resolution.
