Assists the Operations Executive in controlling and organizing the day-to-day technical operations of the laboratory to ensure compliance to SGS Global policies and procedures, regulatory requirements, and various management system standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO/IEC 17025.
Assists in overseeing the technical laboratory activities and operations in accordance with the company policies and procedures, regulatory requirements, and other international standards to which SGS subscribes.
Reviews specific laboratory procedures and results of method modification, verification, and validation.
Assists in ensuring the operational requirements and performance targets of the laboratory are achieved through proper manpower planning, work distribution, performance monitoring and reporting, resource allocation and equipment maintenance.
