**Primary Function/General Purpose of Position**

The Store Room Clerk is responsible for checking in supplies when they arrive putting them in proper departments, notifying managers of supplies not delivered, handling all paperwork.

**Essential Job Functions** _:_

+ Supports the SuperUser Lab with lab supplies: intake, dating, tracking and distributing.
+ Examines, inspects, and accepts delivered lab packages from the dock and place date of receipt on products.
+ Delivers supplies to departments from the supply room.
+ Fulfills and ships requests for supply orders for clients.
+ Marks items with identifying inventory codes.
+ Stocks supplies in departments as needed or requested.
+ Communicates to Client Distribution Manager: inventory in laboratory stock room for all sections to Lab Manager Distribution, damaged or missing products, backordered products and below par inventory.
