Overview
The Assistant Farm Manager is a hands-on operations leader who partners closely with the Farm Manager to oversee daily poultry farm operations, support team performance, and ensure animal welfare and operational standards are consistently met.
This role is a mix of leadership and execution. You will be directly involved in early morning farm operations, team coordination, equipment oversight, and administrative responsibilities, while also stepping in to support all aspects of poultry husbandry and farm management when needed.
You will be accountable for the health and humane care of the birds, the reliability and performance of the operation, and supporting a small team to run efficiently day to day.
