- Manage laboratory inventory, purchasing, billing, and sample administration.
- Monitor inventory levels, expenditure forecasts, and operational KPIs.
- Coordinate sample receipt, tracking, discrepancy resolution, and traceability.
- Ensure timely and accurate billing for laboratory services.
- Maintain records and documentation in compliance with ISO17025, cGMP, and company standards.
- Support SOP creation, revision, and document control activities.
- Drive process improvement and digitization projects to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support audits, investigations, corrective actions, and regulatory compliance activities.
